The study

The firm was founded in 1920 by Me Louis Lacroix and Me Henri Lasserre.

In the 1940s, Me Louis Lacroix joined forces with his son Me Pierre Lacroix, then with his second son Me Philibert Lacroix. The firm was then located on rue de la Rôtisserie. Jean-Daniel Poncet and Pierre-Frédéric Buhler became partners in 1981.

The premises were transferred from rue de la Rôtisserie to Cours-de-Rive. Me Pierre Lacroix ceased his practice in 1983 and Me Philibert Lacroix in 1985.

Me Jean-Daniel Poncet and Me Pierre-Frédéric Buhler transferred their practice to rue de Candolle.

Jean-Daniel Poncet and Pierre-Frédéric Buhler joined forces with David Lacin in 2006 and
Mariella Vallery-Spaethe in 2008. Since then, the firm has been located at its current address, 5, rue Pedro-Meylan.

Jean-Daniel Poncet ceased his professional activity on June 30, 2009, but remained counsel to the firm until 2015.

Pierre-Frédéric Buhler will cease his professional activity on June 30, 2021.

Sandrine Chatelanat joined the firm as a partner on February 1, 2023.
